Thank you for shopping at Rodgers Pastured Meishans! We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.

30-Day Return Window We accept returns on eligible merchandise within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with the original packaging and labels intact.

Return Eligibility

  • All eligible merchandise must be in the same condition as received.
  • Items must be returned with original packaging, tags, and labels.
  • Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to refusal.

Exclusions

  • Pork Products: Due to food safety regulations, all sales of pork products are final. No returns or refunds are permitted.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at customerservice@rodgerspasturedmeishans.com to initiate the return process.
  2. We will provide you with instructions on how to handle the return via email.
  3. Securely package the item with its original packaging and labels.
  4. Drop off the package at the designated shipping carrier.

Free Return Shipping We are pleased to offer free return shipping on all eligible merchandise.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 30 days.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange for a reprint or refund based on Printify’s policies.

Merchandise Return or Reprint Policy

For merchandise, we use a third party print to order company, Printify. All Merchandise orders are fulfilled through Printify, thus the following conditions apply:

  • If your product arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
  • We will coordinate with Printify to offer a reprint or refund according to their guidelines.
  • Please provide up to 5 clear photos or video of the issue to expedite the resolution process. Accepted formats include JPEG, JPG, PNG (up to 15 MB), and one video in MOV or MP4 format (up to 250 MB).
  • Printify does not support returns or refunds for size exchanges or buyer’s remorse.
